Billing Method
1.租車費用：
- 以小時計費，依照不同車種有所不同
（詳細的車輛計費費用）
- 『Gogoro車款』24小時包含60公里免費里程
（超過每公里加收3.5元、VIVA每公里加收1元）
- 『油車車款』24小時包含150公里免費里程
（超過每公里加收2元)
- 油車都是滿油出車，須滿油還車，未滿油還車的額外費用
（到紅線200元、一半以下150元 一半以上100元）
2.預約訂車：
- 需預繳200元訂金/台

Deposit Refund Policy
1.道路救援：
- 0~7公里 300元
- 7.1～10公里 400元
（超過10公里，每一公里加收15元）
2.損壞賠償：
租借者請善盡保管及無損原則，如車輛有明顯損傷或破壞，會針對該部分零件求償。
1.一般退款政策：
- 72小時以上，訂金全額退款
（訂金的部份會扣除手續費，再退款）
- 72小時內，訂金不退款
2.特殊狀況退款政策：
若因自然災害（例如：颱風、地震、洪水等，不包含下雨天）直接或間接影響租車行程，則可全額退費。
Precautions
1.請攜帶普通重型機車駕照及身分證
2.所有車輛均投保機車強制險，另外現場有與保險公司合作提供旅遊平安險，供消費者自行對外加保。
3.租還車輛時，建議旅客於車輛四面檢查並拍照或錄影，避免後續爭議。租借者請善盡保管及無損原則，如車輛有明顯損傷或破壞，會針對該部分零件求償。
